Good morning and happy December. The family and I are moving to the SW of Toronto for a position in Brampton. We've been searching for a rental property that will allow parking of the GMC on site and came up with very few. It ebbs and flows - currently with nothing that fits our needs. I have the next 60 days to find a rental property that works, or come up with an alternative plan to store my coach.

For those in the southern GTO area (Guelph to Georgetown east), where are you storing your coach? Any tips on what to look for or avoid in a storage location?

Any chance you're aware of a nice rental home that will work for a responsible family of four, and a GMC?

Will i dont live in the GTA area but i do know that alot of city bylaws prohibit having an RV in your driveway. You may have to store your unit off property at a storage lot or look for a home north of the city.

You may have to compromise.

I have a friend that lives just north of Brampton. I'll be seeing him
Tuesday Dec 3. I'll ask him about both your questions. Do you work for
FCA?

Will,

If you are going to register the coach in Ontario, you should really ask some of the natives that write here for guidance. I have heard that there are issues with the safety inspection and the LP tank. That is exactly what I know about that.....

When you get your feet on the ground, look up Heritage Cruisers.

If you get hung for storage, get back to me. Even in the same zipcode.

Will, I spoke with my friend last night. He does not know of anything in his area that fits your requirements.
He has the name of a Real Estate Agent in the area and he is going to send me the contact info for the agent.
Do you know if you have your GMC account set up to accept "private messaging"?

Thanks Dave,

Thats what i was afraid of. I've been assigned a realtor from my relocation
package - but thank you for the offer. I'll just have to continue pushing
for a property that has parking behind the home. I've seen them. Have to
find a few more. =)
