Looking at the right (drivers) side of the boost solenoid terminal, the red cable goes to starter. Where does the "black" cable run to?

I would trace it to its destination to find out for sure. The is a possibility the previous owner could not get a red cable to put on. So they must of put on a black cable with out taping it red. Just my guess...
