Morning,
if you need to resize your image, go to
https://picresize.com
Upload the picture, go to the next page, at the bottom select the target
size you want (i.e. 500kb or whatever the maximum is), convert. Next
page you will be able to download the smaller picture.
Should work from any device.
There are other services out there. If you want to find, put
online jpeg resize
into your favourite search engine.
