Has anyone had success rebuilding the solenoids on the Electrolevel system. My '76 has (4) 3-way solenoids and (2) 2-way solenoids. The old Dana compressor chugs away seemingly forever. I know it's making pressure as the gauge shows 115 psi. I don't hear any hissing and my bubble daubing has turned up nothing. Wireless air would be nice, but for nearly a Grand it's out of my ballpark right now.
Tom Hampton installed the 4-bag rear end, and with my true-trackers I'm pretty confident they'll hold up. (Not Quadra-Bag) He also installed a shut-off valve and a schrader fitting, so I might just manually adjust the back end for some time.
Any suggestions or experinece?

Rebuilt mine and have had good results. I think I found the kits online as NOS. I'd give the Jim's a call.

Wasn't tough at all, go for it if you find the parts. I think I'd take pictures to make sure you remember how everything fit but the internals weren't very complicated. Hal

Does anybody know if there are replacement seals available for the
solenoids?

If you got a Freight, Harbor cutoff tool - or any other which uses 4 inch discs, try the spanner for removing the discs. It's gonna be close.
