Got a 73 with the Quadrajet and need a part number for the choke pull-off assembly. Mines been replaced by a plastic one that's in multiple pieces.

Are you sure its the choke pull off? If its plastic and on the front it might be the air valve diaphragm.

FWIW, the choke pull-off (vacuum break) and air valve diaphragm are one and the same.
Iff you have the original carb, the GM part number was 7047499. There are number of carburetor parts companies that advertise on e-Bay (eg: quadrajetparts.com) who can sell you the right one based on your carburetor number.
Or, you can make it easy on yourself and call up Jim Kanomata. But get the number off your carburetor to be safe.
