I'd guess "No". Nothing looks familiar and what's visible of the roof
looks too flat.

The French news here in Quebec reports with a bit more detail.

The approach to the ferry where the incident occurred has a very steep descent. Apparently the driver of the RV suffered a mechanical failure of some sort that prevented him from stopping. As he descended the approach, he was honking his horn and weaving through the pedestrians trying to avoid a catastrophe. He eventually went off the ramp with 2/3rds of the coach landing on the ferry, and the remaining 1/3 resting in the water.

They make no mention of the brand/model of RV, but they do say the occupants were from Laval Quebec, which is considered part of Montreal Quebec.

There are 3 photos of the crash, and from the roof shape, vent placement, and windshield pillars, I’d have to say it was not a TZE.

It looks like some all fiberglass shell SOB to me. Too many broken parts and no aluminum to be a GMC. (I hope)

The article said it was due to mechanical failure.

Wonder if if they would have survived if the Ferry was not “in the way”

They wouldn't have been driving down the ramp if the ferry had not been
there. Guess it a case of chicken or the egg. All speculation at this point.
