Just would like opinion of where would be the best site to sell my almost finished GMC project where all the work done so far would be understood and appreciated before making an offer. Injury forces sale before completing. Thanks for all the help and insight I got here over the years.

Free sites are OK Particularly GMCMI.com and Facebook "GMC Motorhome Marketplace". Take GOOD pictures not with your cell phone in portrait mode. I had good luck with eBay but might have to list multiple times to eventually sell at your asking price. The best advice I could give on selling is give a good description of what has been done but don't try to explain TOO much about GMC's. AND take good pictures!

FWIW: I sold mine HERE (in a few hours). Had 2 serious offers from across the country the evening I listed the coach. First guy (as agreed) wired a 10% non-refundable deposit the following morning. The new owners flew here (CT) from New Mexico the following weekend with a bank check and spirit of adventure. Drove home and - other than a coil/distributor hiccup crossing Texas - made it back to New Mexico in 3 or 4 days.

Dropped a link to a personal website where I posted a nice write-up and 12 or 15 photos.

PS: Yes, mine was a nice GMC-II (which have a very good reputation as a professional frame-off re-do's) and was fairly priced - at the start of the last recession - but there are always folks looking here - and owners who will pass along a good deal to that wannabe owner everybody knows (pretty certain one of the Oklahoma lunch bunch referred my buyer).

Again, not so much WHERE but you must have an attractive write-up and photos.
