This is the first really long trip since driving the diesel-converted coach back from Manny's in San Jose to Boise a couple of years ago. Boise to Henry's Lake, then the crawl through Yellowstone, through Cody and over the Bighorns to Sheridan and I-90.

Lost the fuel pump near Gillette WY and spent the next day fixing that and the sewer pipe that the tow driver broke. Rapid City stop, than across SD, MN, WI, IL, IN, and into Toledo. About 2000 miles driving 75-80mph on the freeway. About 13mpg overall, which is what Bill Hubler told me he was getting with his diesel.

Now in Toledo and looking for an alignment shop in the NW Ohio SE Michigan region, if anybody has a competent referral. Also, no dash air so I need that serviced as well for the trip back.

And any GMCers in the area - I will be here for a week or so before returning...
