While cleaning out the outside fridge compartment I took out the original
jack and gave it a shot. Nothing happened. Upon further investigation it
was out of oil.

Good thing I did not really need to use it!

I went to AutoZone and got some jack oil. About ten min later it was
working just fine. I cycled it several times and it is now resting
comfortably where it belongs!

Jim, different topic........what day is "vendors Day" in Chula Vista?
