Google sez 17 - 18 November in the Donald E. Stephens convention center in Rosemont IL, which is on the North side of Chicago where Interstates 294, 90, and 190 run together. Maybe a mile or two East of O'hare. If the area is safe (haven't been through there in years) you could walk from the airport to the convention center, according to MapQuest.

They always have it the weekend before Thanksgiving in Rosemont Ill. A North West suburb of Chicago. This last year there were about 450 show cars from 38 states, and 3 countries. With about 50,000 spectators. You have to apply to get an invitation. Plus you'll not get an invitation to being the same car back again till 3 years have passed. Car entry fee is from $100 to $250 each. I have an open invitation each year because of the rarity of what we have. So I have to keep bringing a different car each year. The show is for cars only. In 2014. I said that I'm not a car show person. But if they let our GMC in their event. To promote GMCMI, and the GMC. I'd being the different Yenkos. Our GMC has been such a huge attraction. (Thank you to the GMCMI board for the banner, posters, and handouts. I cover the GMC display sight cost. ) The show owners have now let me bring the GMC in 2014, GMC fire, 16,17, and 18 I didn't have time to go. Now 19. There has been so many spectators looking inside, and asking question. I's become alittle overwhelming. Thus some extra help with the questions would be of help. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale

Subject: Been invited back again to have our GMC in the MCACN Muscle Car Corvette Nationals
My getting invited to have our GMC in the show. Has been driving some muscle car, and Corvette owners crazy that live in my area. As some of them have been applying to be considered to be invited for the last 10 years. I get so many people asking question about GMC's. So if someone wants to come the show. And help me with that. Be great. It cost spectator $40 to come in. I can get that person in for free each day. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale.

There are 3 major hotels right next door to the convention center that run a shuttle 24 hours a day to O'hare. Hilton, Hyatt, and Crowne plaza. That would be the easiest and cheapest. Just a dollar tip each way.
