I thought that having it up on jack stands. ( With tires on. ) So someone could inspect it's condition on the bottom side. As that's were a lot of problems can be lurking. Well. That idea hasn't paned out well. I think that the coach is then coming off as not complete. I haven't started the Owan yet. That too hasn't been receive well. ( Didn't have enough gas in the main tank. ) So far. I've just proved to myself that Jerry Works was right. As I really DID believe him. So I've asked Kim to pull the ad. Make a few more improvements. Raise the price to $19,000. Then put the ad back in next month. An fallow Jerry's advice. Or. Drive it on trips that Linda can't go. I like it. A nice GMC. Bob Dunahugh

Bob D.:
Good decision man - get that Onan running, drive her on your alone trips, and be patient - she will sell!

The recreation dealers' (boats, RVs) mantra - It sells by the 4th of July or it sells next year.
Run the Onan, touch up the shakies if any, and use it where you can. Got a trusted friend who can bring it to rallies when you and Linda are in her coach? FOR SALE on the window along with 'Talk to the guy next door'.

Dean. I thought I'd try with the idea of. If you want some more upgrades. I'd add them for the parts cost. Gerry Works covered the same things that you covered. It's on the ground now. Drove it yesterday. Drives very nice. Have some small things that I want to do yet. Generator runs nice. But has some things that need to be addressed. ( Cover that next. ) I told Kim to pull the ad. Put the ad in next month. And raise the price to $19,000. Bob Dunahugh

Bob, I wouldn't back off of that price unless you really have to have the money NOW. It took three months to sell my 23' for the asking price. The buyer inspected, laid the price, and (as far as I know) is still happy with it. Get what it's worth.
