In honor of
The Victims of the Thousand Oaks Shooting
Good morning, D. C.;
President Donald Trump has ordered that U.S. Flags are to fly at half-staff in honor of the victims of the shooting in Thousand Oaks, California. All U.S. flags are to be flown at half-staff beginning immediately until sunset, Saturday, November 10, 2018.
