Passing along news for all GMC owners......Ray and Barb Gall's Lake Placid
coach caught on fire and burned up. No one was injured and they are talking
to the insurance company....but that beautiful coach will not be
salvageable!

I hope the cause can be determined for any GMC MH fire so other owners can take active measures in preventing this occurrence.

One of One only and was told that it was built at the very end of the GMC production. I have some pictures somewhere, I will search.

Do we know what happened.
Also did they have agreed Value insurance coverage?

If it was Appraised and had aAgreed value, they would be getting the full
amount.
I have had several receive the full appraised value I did for them .
What seems like a 20,000 coach will appraise for double or more when the
forms are filled and all the work is spelled out
