I just want to say hello and introduce myself to the group. Just purchased
my 73 Sequoia a few weeks ago and starting my transformation. Made the
initial trip from Iowa to Michigan with a few minor hiccups...where it will
be housed for a few weeks...and then down to Florida for the winter.

No questions yet, but I am certainly enjoying reading a lot of the past
conversations. I look forward to many many questions in the future!

Thank you 77Royale...your profile says Mid Michigan. Anywhere near Midland? That's where I call home.

Will,
Not 77 royal, but I live just out of Midland off N Homer rd on Olson rd. I have 2 coaches, one is a 78GMC Buskirk Stretch (29.5’) and a 75 Avion model that is being redone. If you want my phone number, let me know.

Welcome!

You are right that you can learn a lot about any given subject with old threads, especially if you use the search feature in the upper right. Have you found the photosite as well?

William,

Welcome to the group, family, cult, asylum.....

I would have greeted you sooner, but we were traveling and running on limited bandwidth.

While you are in Michigan, you should know that you have several hundred new old friends that you should meet.
When you get to Florida you should look up and meet some Sunshine Statesmen.

I see you are working the forum as e-mail. If you can figure out how (I don't know) to include a sigfile for this site that has your name (that is what most of us use here), a bit about the coach like year, model and major mods (because those things can matter - 26 or 23 can be important), and a location so those that may be able to assist will know if you are in range.

It is great that you found your way here because this a community of support and help the likes of which you may never have seen. Be aware that all of us want to see that you can enjoy both the coach and what it can do for you was much as we know it can. The only other community that I know of that is like this is that of the watermen that are my world. For that reason, I have taken to welcoming new owners here much as a new owner or vessel is welcomed there. So,

May the Good Lord bless this coach and all those that set forth within her.

Welcome William

Matt
