Has anyone actually measured how much gas per hr an onan uses running one
A/C?

Yes, I have. And it was exactly that and also unloaded.
This is for a BF (4kW) but as the two are so alike, I would expect little difference.
1 - 15500 Carrier AC running flat out it burned just under 0.5GPH.
2 - At a sustained speed unloaded it burned 0.22 GPH.

These are averages of multiple runs and on different days.
Altitude was 623'MSL.
I did not correct to sea level or for ambient conditions. (I could, I just didn't care that much.)
