Evening all,
Simple question about roof pods, and before anyone says anything, yes I know at my age I shouldn't be climbing up there on a regular basis. Mine is installed with hinge on right so you have to climb down the narrow side on the left to get it open, I don't know for sure but I've seen them both ways, Thought about pushing as far left as possible so I can put a fantastic fan in the bathroom. Any thoughts on this and fantastic fan in the baths. Thanks.

what model?
Best to start with the origional opening at peak to see where it can go
with out cuting the main spares.
Keep in mind, one cannot go too far to the edge do to the curvature.
We use the clay putty to fill in at the exterior.

Jim, it's the 74 Canyonlands with the fridge then wet bath on the left of the door as you come in. I have a feeling no matter how far I push the pod to the left there won't be enough for a fantastic fan. Maybe go to a narrower pod.

I have a pod that's 36 inches wide, and it's mounted as far left as it will go without hitting the railing on the driver's side when open. There was still room for a PO to install a Fantastic Fan in the bathroom. Mine's a Palm Beach with the same bathroom layout as yours.
