I used/have an Adco 22-24 foot Travel Trailer cover (some use the 24-26 ft model - I thought it was too loose). I’ve got Ramco mirrors and wind-wings and it fit, but was snug. Applied sells a custom fit model.
Be careful though - I found that it made my GMC VERY damp inside! Unless you’re where it’s very dry and/or can remove humidity, you’ll have to keep an eye on it...

The Adco may not handle high winds the way you would like .

I have a metal framed shelter for my coach, it has 26 gage metal roofing
and gable ends. The sides are open. The pad is paver stones set in a swept
sand base, water cannot accumulate there. This county in Oregon has a rule
about what percentage of a given property can have a impermeable surface.
Paver stones allow 50 % or more water to penetrate, so your paved area can
be twice as large as pavement would be. It is a real pita to roll an engine
stand or car skates on, though.
These coaches need to be under protection from both water and sun. A heated
and dehumidified storage is best. Ask Bob D. about corn field storage.

I don’t get the feeling that the Adco I have would last too long in strong sun, either. Our winter weather is drizzle and while we normally get LOTS of sun half the year - I have only used the cover in the winter.

We use an Adco 24 to 26 foot. I tie it up underneath the coach to make sure a lot of air circulates. The cover, except over the mirrors, is pretty loose. And, they tear very easily. But, overall it protects the coach. Also, it was a return on Amazon that I bought very cheaply.
For me, the price to Value ratio was favorable.

We handle two type of GMC MH covers by ADDCO.
One is a durable Sunbralla material like the ZipDee awning, the other is a
TYVEC material that breathes.

The way to get them to last is to tie them down to where you have less
flapping.

Best cover is no cover. They cause condensation inside the coach to where ceiling ribs are dripping. Worst spring and fall with warm days and cool nights where moisture condenses and drips.

We use the ADCO 52242 on our 26' GMC. Its a little tight, but like JimK says, the less flapping in the breeze the better. This is our second ADCO Cover. The first once lasted two years, and I hope to get two years out of the new one. I don't know the model of the our first ADCO. We remove the cover every two weeks to drive and service the coach.

Here in Florida, we have to keep Damp Rid in the coach all the time when not in use. Controlling the humidity is a challenge, whether the coach is covered or not, or you will get moisture damage inside the coach.

I poured a pad = 15x35 and had a tin shed put up over it and anchored to it. One side needs another sheet of decking to keep the sun entirely off it. 3 GMC Units give or take.

Thanks guys for your suggestions and ideas.
I may need to move the motorhome out of my shop for a couple of months for another project.
The cover is only intended to be a short term measure to keep the rain off, I like the coach looking nice and clean... I know a bit too much.
I plan on listing the 26' Royale shortly and will post on the traditional sites, if you know anyone looking for a nicely renovated touring coach let them know to get in touch.
I'm going to be asking in the mid $30's USD and it is located in the Niagara Region of Ontario.

We sell only the custom ones as they fit tight and have tie downs in
correct places.
There are two materials available as well.
Should we have supplied them,let me know so we can get your problem
resolved to your satisfaction.
We sell most everything for the GMC , just go to our website
