The cast iron/machined piece that bolts to the frame. Should be extremely close to each other for both the 73, and 78. The frame has to be the cause for shimming. The 73 had one .015" shim under one bolt on the right side. The left had no shims at all. The 78 had about .132" shims on both sides. All shims were only under the two top bolts. The 78 rear suspention has now been all reconditioned, cleaned, and painted. The main frame only had light surface rust. So I'm going to bolt it on with no shims. Then check alignment. Inter fender wells are all resealed, and painted. This is going to make someone a great coach. Bob Dunahugh
