So today I checked the rear axle hubs. That was simple. It got the recall. So does that mean that the brake drums, and backing plates are the same as my 78? Bob Dunahugh

Bob,

It is my understanding that it does.
The recall made all the coaches the same as 76 and later.
(Says the guy that bought lots of shoes for the old version.)
