The first two digits tell whether the charge wizard is built in (92xx) or must be added on (91xx). The second two digits specify the max charge available. All work well, buy what you want/need. Anything over 60 amps demands proper (non stock) wiring. Remember the batteries will only take as much charge current as they are willing to accept so bigger is not always better. With the high ampacity as we carried on board I always liked charge capacity around 70 amps.

I ordered a new PD9245 from Amazon a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with the charge wizard wired remote in the box.

YEP, that's why the 40 amp fuse in the rear batteries kept blowing after I installed a 9260 in Double Trouble.
