So, our AC blower suddenly quiet yesterday during a long hot drive, and it became something
of a priority to fix. We thought the relay had failed; turns out those are really hard
to find on the road... After more poking around, found it was a fuse that had failed in a way that it
still *looked* good; just a little brown discoloration on the glass.
Anyway, the point of this story is that in the process of trying to fix it, we cleaned up
all the contacts on the relay and the fuse holder, and all of a sudden our blower works better!
Makes sense -- a bunch of dirty contacts would make for a higher resistance connection, which
would make for a slower turning blower.
So, clean up those connections!
