Bob,
My dash has screws, but to get to them I had to remove the windshields. No combination of tools would work.
the side panels will also need to be removed, the center dash comes out horizontally nor vertically.
You will be able to get at all what is under the dash, wiring, insulate the firewall, seal air leaks, and "?",my 2 piece air
duct had lots of air leaks, the opening from the HVAC box (through the firewall) will need to have new seals.
Sorry for that hard answer, but some of these jobs are only for the tough minded persons.
