Sorry I did not see this sooner. I have the documentation for this mod and am trying to get it to a place where it can be accessed. Right now I have the info in 5 .pdf files on my computer. There are two pressure switches which are adjustable and should be set to 120 max. The mod also incorporates upgraded solenoids to prevent backflow thru the compressors.

Check with Bob Dunahugh on this. He is the one that had the 165 psi. The modification was installed wrong.
It is supposed to be a pressure relief to prevent one from blowing up the bags with too high a pressure. Wes Coughlin of Cinnabar has discussed this with Bob.
I believe Bob said that some solenoids were to be removed when installing the mod.

The mouse house system compressors would only get to 55psi each. Found a complete system in a salvage yard. It had the Cinnabar conversion. So I put the complete compressor system in as found. Worked great ONCE. The next day one of the compressors went to 165 psi. Called Wes at Cinnabar. He sent me the info that Billy just posted. Then we exchanged photos. His comment was. WOW. The system wasn't put in correctly. And it just so happened that one of the valves that was to be removed. Failed. He also said that they had put out about 500 of the up grade kits. It was a safety device to limit the system to 120psi. The Electro Level 2 is an impressive system with electronic ride height sensors. And one air line from each compressor to it's own air bag.

For those that are not aware of the 78 Electro level II, the unit DID NOT
have a pressure regulator.
This is when Wes came up with the kit to help us from blowing bags on 1978
units.

When I put the replacement system in. I installed it so the entire unit can be simply unplugged. So it can be taken to a bench for servicing. I need the system to work by Monday. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale

3. Back to plan B.

The diagram that Wes at Cinnabar, and Billy sent me. Have all four solenoid valves installed. Wes said that the two originals solenoid valves needed to be removed. This doesn't SEEM to be the case at this point. The added Cinnabar solenoids added are really a pressure switch that turns the compressor off at 120psi for safe operation. Bob Dunahugh

Bob, I know nothing about the Cinnabar system other than what I have read. I am currently working on an OEM Electro ll. According to OEM and the replacement Parker 2 way valves the inlet is #2 port over the seat and the outlet is #1 port under the seat. This means the bag holding pressure (outlet) is under the seat trying to push it open on hold when not energized. Cinnabar paper says to switch the inlet and outlet so the bag pressure is on the inlet side above the seat. What are your thoughts?
My issue is OEM system works from dash valves up, down and hold but will not work either compressor up or down on travel. I have swapped switch with no change. Any ideas?
