I have some (a little over 20 year old) Dayco heater hose. It looks like new.
Any reason NOT to use it.
THANKS

Loose your coolant, loose your motor. This is not a place to go cheap.
Ask the man who lost one in this very similar fashion.

I replaced the 40 year old heater lines on my 1969 Chevy truck about ten years ago. This weekend I found two pin holes that were leaking in the now 10 year old "new" heater core hoses.
They don't make them like they used to.
