I have a business near me called motion and control. They take your
existing fittings and fit new hoses of the correct type to your fittings.
There is a minimum counter charge, but it is minimal if the hose is not too
complicated, like A/C hoses. Not sure if they exist in your area or not,
but worth a try.
Jim K. also has some hoses already pre-fabricated in his catalog.
Something there might be an exact fit for you.
