Bob,

When you say "cassette tape option" are you talking about 8-track? That would be perfect. If so, how can I acquire one from you?

I know you never sleep, but I won't call at odd hours, like after 8 pm or before 9 am. Mr. Boyd raised a question that I can't answer. The speakers on mine have one wire coming from the radio, and the other (ground) travels back to the body and grounds at the same place as clearance and signal lights. Mr. Boyd said he thought that sometime in production they went to the system where there are two wires from the radio to each speaker. All the posts I have seen here are folks that have to rewire the speakers to get two wires from radio to them. I thought the system with the single wires from the radio to the speakers spanned all 6 model years.

Having had two 1975 Avion up-fits, one had single wire to speakers with body ground, current one had two wires from OEM radio to speakers. I can add build date to the mix after getting to the coach. P.O. butchered OEM set-up.
Added: Found date sticker with date of April 1976. Interesting on a "1975" Avion build.
