Does anyone know the make and model of the water pressure regulator off an Avion water heater? Mine has developed a leak and needs replacing. The leak has obscured the label. Fortunately it only leaks when the pump is on. Thanks for your help.

Nick,
Long time no see! You want this one here from Grainger, it should be direct replacement:
This is a 3 port, just plug the 1/4” gauge port. The watts original is no longer available for water service.

The hot water heater in the Avon is an Atwood 6 gallon electric only model (with engine pre-heat tube). If you decide to replace it, use only the Atwood made model. Replacing it with any other hot water heater is an extreme PITA. None of the water fittings or electrical fittings are in the 'right' place. It took me several times longer than reasonably expected to replace a defective hot water heater on my Avon. Bottom had rotted out the bottom of the tank.
The space for the hot water heater is also very tight, with very limited wiggle room.
