For quite some time, the 2017 GMCMI Spring convention in Shawnee OK has been promoted as a "A Celebration of Vintage Front-Wheel Drive Motorhomes".

And in fact, the home page of GMCMI still states this. But if one clicks on the "click here" link "to learn more about these vintage front-wheel drive motorhomes", then the page lists several models of vintage motor homes, many of which are not "front wheel drive".

So my question is: Has the scope of the convention been changed to include ALL vintage motorhomes, or were the non-front wheel drive models listed in error on the web page?

Thank you for asking. Originally it was intended for "front wheel"
motorhomes but GMCMI had such a great response on the initial advertising
that they opened it up for the Pre-1980 Motorhomes. The list of motorhomes
on the gmcmi.com website is just a start of coaches that we have begun to
compile. Dates, etc. listed below. Hope that you will be able to attend. It
will be great!

Thanks Kimberley. Given my experience with everyone's hospitality at previous GMCMI conventions, I am sure most everyone would be welcome.

Specifically I was thinking of a couple LeSharo/Rialta owners I knew. Front wheel drive but post 1980.

Kim,

Le Sharos were produced from about 1982 to 1993 (iirc). There were front wheel drive all of them, but were built with a variety of engines. I do not believe they would not be out of place with us.
