Trying to get my RVQ hooked up and working. Sending full pressure off the Marshall Extend a stay. It looks like there is a regulator on the RVQ at the quick disconnect inlet, but when I open the valve it shuts off as if it is a limiting saftey device. You can blow through it but not send full pressure gas. Or is it a bad regulator? I bought a regulator at Camping World but need to know if that replaces the factory unit or must be used before it. Can't try till I get a 3/8-1/4 adaptor.

I think there is a safety device on those regulator/grills kicking into what they call "bypass". I have fought that with my extend-a-stay and my weber Q. Very annoying.
