I had an OEM Caliper seize on my coach about a year ago and am just now addressing it. Thanks to Ken Burton's assistance over the phone, I was able to get back rolling and make it home.
I'm looking to upgrade the calipers to 80 mm ones and beyond the little tab that needs to be ground down on the caliper, I can not get the new calipers to fit on my wallace hubs, and then thought perhaps wallace hubs are physically different. Do any of you more familiar with them know if they are a different hub all together? I guess it could be I have incompatable 80mm calipers, though when I bought them (yes a year ago) they cross referenced with known, adaptable calipers.
Thanks,
Rick

Whenever you add the 80 MM calipers to the front you must grind as Jim said on the housing to remove the cast “boss” left of center above the piston.
See this album on what is needed to make the calipers fit.

We have not had problems with pads.
Sometime we trim the Knuckle to clear as well. The pads are all the same.

If you look closely, you'll find that the Knuckle might have excess webbing
that need to be ground down.

Thanks for the info, Jim. I'll look again to see what is causing my problem. I ran out of daylight and get to pick this back up next weekend.
