Had two big rain storms on our last 2 month trip and had major leaks in
the ceiling.. The water comes in at different locations. Short of taking
off all the attachments on the roof and sealing any leaks that I can find
is there any way of testing for leak locations with the attachments on the
roof.

Several clubs, and even individuals have built the blower to fit over the vent to pressurize the cabin. A location in your signature might help you locate one near you. Chasing leaks is a constant problem, unless one has done the total assault package like Jim Bounds does to coaches. There are commercial shops that are note performing a similar service. Good luck, and hope the leaks are not over the bed.
