Somebody help me out here. Where is the catch bag for the built in vacuum? Somewhere in my 26' coach there's fifty pounds of rat turds, I'd like to throw them away. It'a an Eleganza Two Times, side wet bath.

I don't have one but the parts manual on 28.072 might help you.

item 33 in the diagram.

The bag is in the vacuum under the refrigerator. Twist the thumb screw, remove the door and you have access to the bag. New bags are readily available.

I just re installed a Thomas vac There is a 1/4 turn latch on the Thomas vac bag compartment. You can use Hoover J or even A bags. I wrapped several turns of electrical tape on to the inlet tube untill I got a snug fit. The Thomas or GM parts counter bags had a stretchy rubber gasket on the bag. Odds are if you find old stock the rubber will be aged out and tear anyway. The J bags were for the Hoover Constellation the round one that floated on air.

If you have an original vacuum cleaner, and are unimpressed with it's
performance, Dirt Devil builds a similar system. One of our Canadian
friends had us order one for their 23 foot coach. I brought it with us to
the Steam up rally earlier this month, and he yanked out his old one and
installed the new one at the rally. They said it works like a charm. I
listened to it, but did not use it myself. We use a dust buster
rechargeable. I yanked out my original years ago, and plugged the mouse
entrance in the floor with metal. Those vacuums take up a lot of space.
Still have it around somewhere in the shop. Drop by sometime and ask, it is
yours. Not worth boxing and shipping.
