These things will battery crank your Onan, your towd, or whatever. I'm not sure about the 455 though.
We had an OOOOOLD Onan we used in the construction business that had an exposed pulley rope starter, similar to the old Wisconsin engines used on cement mixers, that you could wind a rope around and give it a pull. It wasn't the easiest thing to start that way, but it might work if you can find the right pulley.

Every technician at the local Toyota dealer has one of those (sold under a variety of names) plus one of those small almost cube shaped fans on their toolbox - both are must haves (some also have USB charge ports too). I'm stopping by HF to pick up a trailer dolly today anyway, so I'll see if they carry them as well.
