Hi guys...
I got new seats for both the front and a pair of recliners to replace the dinette. I think they are out of a Toyota Sequioa mini van...
Some questions for the experts:
1) One of the middle seats has a center section. Do I just cut it off and use that seat on the drivers side?
2) I plan on using the factory swivel mounts with these. I will try and mount them exactly like the factory so that they will swivel properly and clear the side walls like the factory seats do now...
3) I have a spare pair of factory front seat mounts for mounting the recliners where the dinette used to be. I assume these will work?
OR
Would it be best to just buy four aftermarket seat mounts and cut my losses? Would that be easier?
Thanks...

I used the OEM seat mounts when I installed the seats from a Mazda mini-van. Just had to configure a mating system to match both very different seat mounts.
Since you have the OEM mounts, frankly I would adapt them before I expended any more GMC units on different mounts. You have very little to lose, except time.

So digging further into my seat update, I realized that they have "Power Sliders" and are in fact from a Toyota Sienna mini van....
Anyone have the wiring diagram for these seats?
Thanks...

After closer inspection, I think I will forgo the electric adjustments and use a manual slider...
One stupid question, I'm using the factory seat mount bases. Does the "access door" face the dash or face the rear of the coach? Not sure mine were installed correctly by the previous owner, so I'm trying to verify...
Thanks for all the help...

"thesmith" Do you have any photos of your installation? It would really help...
Did you use the factory seat bases?
Thanks,

And, if your coach was Avon fitted, the seat base is much different. No storage comp, no ramp, passenger one was set at a different offset from the centerline of the coach. Could not rotate the driver's side without hitting the side window. Sorry for no photo, went to recycle after installing FlexSteel from 77 parts coach.
