I am sorry that we are not going to Branson. We have relatives visiting from Michigan. That has been planned for over 18 months so when the dates were set for Branson we found the conflict.
We are definitely planning on going to the Fall convention in Ohio though.
I still feel a part of it as I have gotten two Black List calls from people on the way to Branson. The closest to me was about 800 miles away. One was from a well known GMCer who felt that he had a problem with his Howell fuel injection system. After hearing the symptoms I suggested it was likely the module in the distributor or the coil. He had spares of both with him so he changed both and was safely on his way to Branson.
The other was someone who definitely had a fuel delivery problem. I felt it might be a stuck fuel tank selection valve. Hooking the selector output hose to one of the input hoses from the tank, bypassing the selector valve, solved that problem. Now he has to find a new fuel selector valve but he’ll make the convention using one fuel tank.
Having had those problems myself over the years certainly helps in diagnosing the problems.
