That is a nice toilet I have the less expensive thetford toilet like Jon suggests. Just make sure there is enough space between the toilet hole and the wall so it will bolt in place .

Travis,
Dometic porcelain oval bowl is what I have, and it's 17" high. The std (low) ones are 14" high.
Don't rely on just amazon meager info about the product, go to the mfg site and dig up their info
of that model before you commit. Or go to an RV part store and look at what they have, then look for a better price.
The cover lid is not strong enough to sit on, but it can be replaced with something better.

I've been looking at the 310's but have heard that they tend to break the flapper valve's and that it's a non replaceable part. They look good, have a seal you can replace from the bowl and are priced reasonably. BUT, I'd hate to have to replace them every couple of years.
Just what I've read.

What Jon and Adrien said! I put the Dometic 310 in my Palm Beach several years ago and never had a problem with it. My wife thought it was the best improvement I ever made on the coach. You'll like the extra height.
It is available from Adventure RV as their mid week special this week for $107 USD. Best price I've ever seen.
Just bought a Dometic 320 to install in my SOB. Same as the 310 with the addition of a separate spray nozzle.

I also have a 310 and like it.
If I did it again id probably go for one that doesn't have a plastic seat,but that's replaceable.
Can't speak to longevity, but it looks good and is much more comfortable than the tiny normal RV ones.

That looks like a nice choice. I put in a Sealand 510 in the first year of ownership. I don't think that model is available any longer, but it sure works well. It is a HUGE improvement over the Thetford recirculating unit that was in there when we bought it. First Summer camping trip and the wife said it had to go!

I also went with the sealand 510h.
We both love it. Elongated China bowl. HUGE improvement over the Telford for us. But the first reason we went with the seafood 510h is that the flush peddle is on its right hand side of the toilet. Out toilet is on the drivers side of the gmc, and we needed a right side flush peddle.

Dometic now offers the replacement wooden seat for the 310 and also just introduced the slow-close wooden seat..
