Isn't this a PLASTIC cone this guys peddling?

Every aluminum cone I've seen has four webs between the inner and outer
surfaces.

Yes - my opinion - it is plastic. I have seen plastic cones sell before -- not sure if people know what they are buying.

Can someone tell why a person would want an cone?
None of the newer systems use them and JimK won't sell the replacements.

I may have a few up in the Garage Attic. It will be a few days before I can dig them out. Im pretty sure I recycled the plastic ones I got from the PO.
