Came to the realization that the floor drain is about 2 1/2 inches above the top of the gray water tank that the water flows into. And the front of that tank is 7 feet forward of that floor drain. Thus it wouldn't take much of a hill to have the tank water come up out of the floor drain as you head up the hill. I'm installing one of those HepO, P trap replacements. And that should solve that drain back issues on hills. But just in case. I'm installing a 1- 1/2 inch ball valve in the drain pipe. Tomorrow it looks like I can install the last cedar closet wall. Then the bathroom's lower walls. Position the bath aluminum floor. Mark the holes in the top of the holding tanks. Drill the holes. Then complete the holding tank drain piping. The routing, and valve location will allow me to drain either tank in any order I want. Or without having to drain the black tank last. I'll have photos if anyone is interested.Bob Dunahugh78 Mouse House Royale

If the trap is not full...
A lot of us use the drain cover with the manual flapper cover
