So first, never heard of these guys. They must be closing because they apparently have horrible advertising capability. I sold my coach to a guy in Atlanta who couldn't find one near him, and here are 9 of them...
$45K? No. That's $5K per coach plus whatever they are leaving behind. $20K maybe. most of them look pretty rough.

David Pike was trying to sell a tv show "Gypsy RV" which involved his wife
Becky and Dave & Ana Pike (two daughters) along with a crew of Doyle
Lightfoot, Chris Lightfoot, Willie Holt, Jr. and Mike Bradley. Secondary
characters included Christie Pike, Val & Jon Gardner and Beth Pike.

I watched some of their videos when they had them posted.
They low balled everyone and collected the motorhomes.
I am pretty sure they bought one off an older guy that was living in his for a really low amount.
The ones they bought that were just needing to be moved, I have no issues with, but when it was someone's home and they low balled him, that is when I stopped watching the videos.
I would not trust these guys, however, if I had the money and the space, and the means, I would offer $10,000 for everything, and give the old guy his GMC back if I could.

I don't think they forced anyone to sell their GMC?
All the guy had to do is say "No thank you"
I don't know these people nor am i defending anyone, just saying, there's nothing wrong with offering less than something is "worth". It's the sellers problem if they accept.
Also just watched the video. The vast majority of that stuff was staged, just like every other reality show. Reality isn't interesting, so you hire someone to dress up like a hick and hide moonshine in the motorhome to make an interesting story. Or Pretend like you're selling one for 100K with a briefcase full of money. It's all fake.
