I am in the process of rebuilding the air supply lines to my rear
suspension with a manifold. I have the Electro Level II system. Is there
any reason I couldn't have a take-off to quick connect an air line if I
wanted to air up my tires?

None. I have a shrader valve and hose end on the air tank in my coach. Works both ways.

Tony, the EL II uses two smaller compressors without an air tank. A smaller
tank could be fitted to your existing system but it might be quite slow at
inflating a completely flat tire. Adding 5 psi or so, to a tire might be
ok.
A better approach might be a cigarette lighter type 12 volt inflation
compressor that was independent of your on board system. My thinking anyway.

I carry a $39.95 Harbor Freight 120v pancake compressor in the storage pod. Runs off the Onan if no shore power. Not that heavy and doesn't take up much space. Makes quick work of adding air. Overkill? Maybe but adding even five pounds to a 60 pound tire with a cigarette lighter compressor can be a long drawn-out experience.

I picked up a small 12/120v compressor at Lowes. It is slow, but one nice feature is that it has a digital pressure setting so I don't have to keep watching it. I can go about my business while it monitors the pressure and turns it off when it hits the pressure I have set.

While you're there you could upgrade the 40 yr old compressors with some new Viair's and have the extra capacity to inflate tires without having to lug around another compressor when you've already got 2 onboard.

I carry a small 12v air compressor, about the size of dictionary, that will inflate the tires easily, or do the air bags, if you let cool between applications. I will be adding a Valair later this year in an attempt to restore my Power Level system to actually function.
