Decided to ditch the ladder and rails. Any suggestions on dealing with the
holes? MarineTex for the roof ones? An SMC filler for the end cap holes?
What are the recommended products for sealing holes in that?
Don't want a bunch of rivets. Figured I'd fill the holes, sand flat, and
paint.

Instead of the earplugs, if the holes are only 1/8" or so, how about filling the holes with JB weld?
It seams like that would be more of a "permanent" fix. I would think the foam earplug would be the weak link? Yes/no?
