The tracks were bent. Then the corrosion of. YES. More Mouse pee. Seems to be the theme here. Then the fact that the rear drawer supports lacked in the way of true support. Rebuilt that area. Menards had the exact same 20 inch tracks. Except they didn't have the feature that you had to lift. Then pull for RV use. I never liked the lift, and pull feature. I'm into simple one action things. So to keep the drawers from sliding out on the road. At the rear. I installed a cupboard door holder. The one that has two rollers that are spring loaded. Thought of the magnets. But passed on that idea. The spring loaded roller setup has a good feel to it. Then got the furnace wired with some duct work installed. Water heater wired for 12 volt. But no LP connection yet.Bob Dunahugh78 Royale.

The conversion is simple, and gets rid of many problems

Bob,
These are what I'll be using. Same concept as the magnet, only it's a mechanical system.
You push to unlock and it springs open, then you push it back closed to lock.
A bit pricey at about 6 bucks each, but not too bad for what they are. They hold 17.6lbs of force, so there's no way they are going to open accidentally.
