This has been bounced around before at length. My personal opinion is that the odds are more to the advantage side on the discussion. I like the idea of having the belt a part of the seat. But then you're counting on the seat hold down bolts having to retain the heavy seat, and person. Price seems fair. And I'm to the point with this build. The planned budget is long gone. So now I have no reason to not add this to things to add. Bob Dunahugh

Bob, et al,
If I were going to install shoulder harnesses, they'd DEFINITELY be
attached to the FLOOR structure, NOT the upper body. Why am I so adamant
about that? I've seen the results of a GMC roll-over where the driver and
passenger were left strapped into their seats, uninjured. Look at the
photos of the coach with everything missing above the beltline and imagine
what would have happened if they'd had shoulder harnesses attached to the
upper body.
