The "hot rod" magazine I found in doctor office also
had an ad for replacement fuel tanks.

I wonder if www.tanksinc.com at 260 Welter Drive in
Pocatello, ID (52310) would be interested in building
replacement tanks for our coaches? Ph: 877-596-3842

Their 64-68 Mustang tanks run $130 to $235. 40s and
50s GM tanks are priced at $250. Early 40s Ford and
Mercury (17 gal) steel tanks are $235.

While there is likely a considerably larger potential
buyer pool for these Mustang tanks than for ours,
perhaps one of our erstwhile vendors could help us here.
Probably more successful than individual effort.

Mac,
Should you find that they can and need a tank to see, le me know so we can
send them one.
Tanks are not that simple to do as the rending units must be recessed,
hoses need a grove to rest in, and etc.
Thanks for the heads up.
Our current supplier is extremely high, but we need to realize it is all
about the number of units to be produced and the tooling.
