I got the Girard tankless about 6 months ago from Jim K at Applied on one of his employees recommendations. So far we are 100% couldn't be happier!
I also have a full head water all over the place shower head. When connected to outside water it's just like taking a shower at home with no time limits.
Even is real good when using the inside fresh water and water pump, just a little less pressure and oscittiates a little.
I haven't tried the Attwood or Dometic, but I would think they are all pretty close. IMHO, they are a must buy. Showering every day for a week, it burned less than a half gallon of propane.

The Girard unit is made for RV use and tends to be expensive, but safe and
has some cold weather consideration.
