After a lot of research on other rv forums and here, I bought the TST rv model with 6 *flow-through* sensors. I haven't used it enough to give it a personal review but reviews across the web consistently ranked this one as the best buy.

Just as an example of why it would go good to have one:
Yesterday I checked all six tires in prep for 1000 mile trip. Each needed a few pounds of air. Test run around town, maybe ten miles. One tire looked wrong that evening - the needle had not seated correctly after filling and was down to 28 psi in just a few hours.

Whatever you get, be sure it has the flow through sensors. I wouldn't want to have to remove the sensors in order to air up a tire. The TST rv system comes with 6 but will power up to 22(? check that) and distance enough to do the towd, too. TST has 10-sensor kits, but I'm not sure if they are flow-through. Rather than buy 4 sensors as accessories for the above kit, I'd just buy 2 rv kits and have a spare monitor & 2 spare sensors.
