I have installed a vented catalytic heater. Runs off propane, vents directly to the outside has a very small 12v fan for the vent. Check catheater.com
Don’t expect it do much more than take the chill off. Living in Alberta I do not plan on any local winter excursions. But it will not run down the battery much when used.
