A recent report made this statement about Stick's coach... "wall-sized
catalytic heater installed by Bill Telgen"
I'm curious as to Where he installed it?
I've been looking at one at my place for almost 10 years and have yet to
select a "proper" location for it... Help.....
Suggestions please. Tks.

I'm not keen on it but, then again, I don't live in NS, either. Dolph's under-flooring 120v heat mat and the furnace is more my style. ...Down to about 30f. Below that for very long and we're going to bail out.

Mine is located on the left side of the entry door area (78 center kitchen Royale). It has a high and low setting. Size is about 14"x18", and worked great this winter. It is a Thermx 634. Age unknown.

It's not the best source of heat. Joann Telgen used to dry her hair by sitting in front of it, but I never much fooled with it. Cube heaters with gas suburban backup. Just thought I'd throw that in.

Hey Mike,
I just noticed in the latest issue of camping world magazine, the 50 years edition. Page 135.
They have a Catalytic gas heater that can be wall mounter or you can put legs on it an move it around.
If I didn't have mine, I would buy this one. They do work well.. Scott

Scott
I don't have a subscription to Camping World Mag. Does it mention a model
or make for that Catalytic heater? The legs idea sounds good !!
Thanks

Ok Mike, here it is.
Olympian wave heater.
Between $250-$400 US, depending on the size
Optional legs are about $17.
This winter when the outside air temp went close to freezing, our heat pump froze. I did not want to try the built in propane heater (because I've never tested it yet). I lit up our tested catalytic heater and opened the bathroom vent. Toasty!!

..and I have the one you have...same design but an older model. The legs
would be the answer...move it wherever needed !
Simple and brilliant all in one. My problem is solved!
Thanks
