Let's get together and do lunch. Moonie's Barbecue in Flowery Branch. Jason - the owner - is a new GMCer.
http://www.mooniesbbq.com/
Likely need to park the coaches across the street. He has parking but it's kind of aimed at cars.
I'm thinking Tuesday the 22nd or Tuesday the 29th. Anybody else?

Let's go for Tuesday the 22nd at noon at Moonie's in Flowery branch. Day after tomorrow. I'll be in my coach, coach or car is cool, but the more coaches we have there, the bigger crowd we will draw.
5545 Atlanta Highway, Flowery Branch GA.
Make your bext way to exit 12 on I 985, turn West on Main street, at the intersection with Atlanta Highway (Georgia Hiwghway 13) turn left. Moonies is on the left ~~ a quarter mile from the intersection. There's space to park across the street. Yall come!

impossible to find.

Same here. The UI sucks. It's sooo bad, I may have to consider hacking some sort of browser overlay one day to ease the pain. (Search is fair, though. Better than here.) But it's where the action is, so I clench a leather strap between my teeth and go in.

With my gutted FB profile, I've had absolutely zero problems with ads, tracking, etc.

Oh yeah, and Bdub has whipped them into a frenzy with that mile-by-mile, cross-country delivery thread he started.

RC

Can you explain how best one creates a secure FB profile for those of us who may be considering joining.

I will argue that the search is better. I have yet to "refind" anything on FB, but U have had success here a number of times.
The only reason I joined was to try to include the younger owners in the area to come along and I can't say that there has been much success at that.
They are there, but they don't seem to have any interest in tapping a huge resource that might require some personal involvement.

Was a success, several of us, couple of coaches. Good 'cue and friendship. Do we do thing monthly or quarterly? Plenty of places if Moonie's gets old. Chen's Garden in Winder, the Salvadoran joint in Winder, any number of Mexican places in Braselton, etc. Thoughts? No rush.
