Either the engine comes out up through the engine hatch, or the
transmission/final drive comes down and out while the engine is supported
from above. About the same amount of work either way. Depends upon shop
space and equipment available. My preference is out the top. Opinions vary
a good deal on this.

Allen,
It gets down to what you think is acceptable.
Majority do weep, if it is leaking a lot,it might be worth repairing.
Keep in mind when you might want to rebuild the engine.
If you do your own work, it might be worth it, should you have a shop do
it, it can easily run over $ 500
